Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy

This Warranty, Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made from WeHear Innovations Private Limited (“WeHear”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) through our official website https://www.wehearglobal.com/ or authorized sales channels.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 Orders Are Final
All confirmed orders are final and binding.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Orders processed for shipment cannot be cancelled.
Customized, programmed, or made-to-order devices cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2.2 Pre-Dispatch Cancellation (Subject to Approval)
If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be considered at the sole discretion of WeHear.
In such cases:
Payment gateway charges
Transaction fees
Administrative and processing costs
will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The net refundable amount will be communicated via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after written confirmation.
WeHear reserves the right to reject any cancellation request.
3. Replacement Policy
WeHear does not offer returns. Replacement is the only remedy available for eligible product defects.
Replacement will be considered only if:
The product has a verified manufacturing defect; and
The issue is reported within the applicable warranty period; and
The product passes technical inspection by WeHear’s authorized service team.
Replacement will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Physical damage
Water or moisture damage
Damage due to misuse, negligence, voltage fluctuation, or unauthorized repair
Normal wear and tear
Earwax blockage
Tampered or altered products
WeHear reserves the right to repair the product instead of replacement if the defect is serviceable.
The Company’s technical evaluation decision shall be final and binding.
4. Refund Policy
WeHear follows a strict no-refund policy except in the limited circumstances below:
Refunds will only be processed if:
The order is cancelled before dispatch and approved in writing by WeHear; or
Replacement is not technically feasible and the Company decides to issue a refund at its sole discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims where repair or replacement is possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Warranty Policy
5.1 Hearing Aids Warranty
All hearing aids come with:
2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only
1-Year Battery Warranty
Battery warranty excludes:
Overcharging
Deep discharge
Battery swelling
Use of unauthorized chargers
5.2 Lifestyle Products Warranty
All lifestyle products carry:
1-Year Standard Warranty covering manufacturing defects only
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water damage
Burn or electrical surge damage
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Improper handling or storage
Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and validation by WeHear’s technical team.
Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under warranty. Refund is not available under warranty except at the Company’s discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
WeHear shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Business interruption or financial loss
Improper use of products
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
