• Company (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this policy) refers to WeHear Innovations Private Limited, located at 805, Supath Complex, University Rd, Opp. Rasranjan, Vijay Char Rasta, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009.
• Goods refer to the products listed for sale on Our platform.
• Orders mean requests made by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to WeHear, accessible at www.wehear.in.
• You refer to the individual or entity using Our Service, including representatives of companies or organizations.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you mistakenly placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact our customer support immediately at +91 9033047732 and email us at ccare@wehearglobal.com.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Orders pending dispatch may be eligible for cancellation, subject to payment gateway fees and internal processing costs. Once deductions are clarified, you will receive an email specifying the amount to be refunded. Upon your approval, the final refund amount will be processed, and the order cancelled. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Return Conditions

We take pride in the quality of the products we offer. Returns for reasons other than product quality will not be accepted.

We only accept returns for quality issues verified by a scientific laboratory report from an NABL-certified laboratory in India or an equivalent overseas facility.

The following products are non-returnable:

• Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
• Goods that are perishable or have expired.
• Goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions at our discretion. Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be processed for items returned in a damaged condition. To claim a refund, please email us at ccare@wehearglobal.com, including the product invoice and purchase details.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for covering the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Please return the product to the following address:

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned product or proof of delivery.

Warranty Information

All products come with a 3-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and a 1-year limited warranty for batteries (excluding damage due to overcharging or battery swelling). Physical damage or water damage is not covered under this warranty.
