Bluetooth Connection: To verify the proximity of office employees, the App communicates via Bluetooth to facilitate the punching process. This connection helps identify their proximity to the office premises.

Login Details: Employees access the App using their email ID and password, which are securely stored for authentication and internal company use only.

Camera Access: Marketing employees have access to the camera to capture visit photos for professional purposes within the Visit Module.

How We Use Information

Operational Purposes: We collect data to facilitate and improve the functionality of the App, including managing employee schedules, task assignments, and ensuring office attendance.

Task Management: Location data from marketing employees aids in assigning and managing tasks efficiently within the organization.

Security: Login details are used for authentication purposes and are strictly limited to internal company use. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect this information.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade or transfer your information to outside parties. However, certain data may be shared with service providers who assist us in operating the App, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. We will take steps to delete the information from our servers.
